IMPORTANT SHIPPING UPDATE There are currently some delays affecting children’s toys being shipped into the US. New regulations introduced by the US government in July mean that toys are now subject to additional customs checks by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). Unfortunately, these extra checks are taking longer than usual, and some shipments are being delayed by up to 3 weeks. 😔 You may also receive an email or contact from FedEx requesting information about your import. If you do, please email us straight away at hello@littleactivekids.co.uk before responding, and we can provide you with all the information you need to help get your order through customs as quickly as possible. Thanks so much for your patience and understanding while we navigate these new checks — we really appreciate it! |
*The timescales we have quoted are an estimation, occasionally a package delivered using our standard service can be late due to reasons that are out of our control, sometimes this happens at peak times such as Christmas.
We cannot investigate and/or accept a claim for loss unless 10 working days or more have passed since the item was due to be delivered.

You will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number in.
Customers are liable for charges resulting from parcels being returned due to incorrect addresses or uncollected parcel, this includes delivery and return postage costs.
We reserve the right to refuse shipment to PO Boxes.
