Djeco Inspired By Monet’s Water Lilies - Gifts For 8 Years +

  • Djeco

Inspired by the work of Claude Monet, Muriel Kerba offers us a triptych to complete in the impressionistic style worthy of the panoramic frescoes of Monet’s Water Lilies, using touches of colour with oil pastels.

Fun fact: The pond was Monet's own creation. After buying his house in Giverny in 1890, he diverted a local river to feed a new water garden (to many objections from his neighbours) and planted the water lilies for pleasure. Inadvertingly creating the defining subject of his late career.
