A fun STEM experiment set from Thames & Kosmos for children to create bouncy balls in the shape of small planets. An information leaflet is included to let children discover great facts about the planets and our solar system.

Mars, Jupiter, Venus and Saturn can be 'created' with the colourful bouncy planets and children can create their first jumping universe! Simply mix or layer the special colour granules in the planet shapes and place in the water. After just a few minutes, the fantastically patterned jumping balls are ready!

Tips and tricks explain how to pour planetary rings and make a colourful mobile from the dried balls. A clever introduction into research and experimentation.

Quick tip - pick up some granules for later to extend the bouncing fun 🌍 Since Thames & Kosmos have dispensed with additives, the bouncy balls lose their bounce after a short time.
